2014 New York Chickenstock

Does anyone coming to Tab want to sell me blown out duck, goose or other interesting eggs? Willing to pay. Need them for 4H project and Christmas ornaments.

I'll give you some blown out turkey and ducks eggs. I'm not going to sell them. I'd feel guilty charging for empty eggs. I was going to blow some out anyways for myself so I can put some a side for you. How many do you want? 

That would be awesome!! We need 20 for a project but I would take extra to make ornaments.

Sure I can swing that. I have a bunch of duck and turkey eggs sitting in the fridge that I was going to scramble up for the pigs this week. Did you want a mixture of both?

Well I have 5 cream crested legbar roosters that are labeled for chickenstock! They will be 6-7 weeks old upon arrival....more are due next weekend and every weekend until chickenstock...I thought I better start hatching as many as I can now because..1 Im not a good hatcher!! Lol two the girls stopped laying for a few weeks and are just now laying again...3...i better make sure I have enough girls to try and fill all the orders! Lol so the chicks coming will be anywhere from 1 week -7 weeks old

The snow is mostly gone here. Can't wait to start getting the yard cleaned up and presentable.

I wish it was mostly gone here. Hubby has been itching to get out there and putter around in the lawn unfortunately I think up here he has at 3 more weeks if not more!

If I put a legbar rooster over my marans will I end up with an olive egger?
