When you hit reply, look at the icons along the top, its the 1st of 4 in the set with the smiley face, looks like mountains and a sun in the sky, if you click on that it takes you to an options page where you will see pics you have recently posted that you can choose from, or use the box at the top to 'upload files' which should go to the photo folders on your computer.

You choose which pic you want, and select it, then click 'open' then you'll see a little bar filling in from left to right as the picture is uploaded, once this is done, you can click on 'submit' at the bottom of this page and you should see your photo appear within your reply - good luck - hope this helps
