and this big boy is Joe! He is our Easter egg-er as I was told, (although truthfully we are not positive). None of the country folk around her know. We just know he is not only gorgeous, but a great protector!

easter eggers are mixed breeds anyway lol they just have ancestors with the blue egg gene and they don't conform to any chickens standard

No, they are not. The AKC recognizes the white with red markings, which can vary from dark red to a lemon color.
