First set is hatching

more serama than I thought, they are the white red and cream colored, then two OE Marans and the rest of the blacks are icelandics.

Awe thank you! I have been reading all of the threads on here to the point i was dreaming about baby chicks and ducklings last night haha i had dreamt that every one of my eggs hatched out twins lord have mercy i was scared

right?? Lol yall just dont know bahaha im crazy sometimes lol just like my black female duck that came with my perkin ducks i didnt think nothing about her color an her possible being a different breed because im dense like that sometimes lol well she has recently started laying an her eggs are grayish black i freaked out done a little research and sure enough its normal

ill get it together eventually lol i bought them at tractor supply last year there was only 3 in the bin together to little yellow ones and then her little black and yellow self i told my husband i wanted her because she was different then the others but i had to by 2 so he told me to get all 3 because we couldnt leave that one by itself lol

I've just done a quick candle and all Call duck eggs are looking good! I threw a clear one (I don't want to risk it exploding) but the rest are all developing nicely, with good air sacs. Only 11 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got home to 29 babies out.

1 just hatched still in incubator.
1 thought was dead but moved. Still in bator but has umbilical and yolk sac attached.

14 left in that incubator still have moving babies. Maybe tomorrow.

My brinsea I don't know about. Lot of development but don't see any movement.

Think they might all be dead.. don't understand that as it was spot on when I put them in.

Just wait and see.

Day eight today. I've got Gail Damerows Hatching and Brooding Your Own Chicks book out from the library and I've been looking at the day by day pictures. I'm pretty sure I've read the darn book cover to cover three times now. Lol. My mom is realizing letting me get an incubator was a bad idea.
