That's what I thought at first, but apparently it just comes from a hen that always lays xl eggs! It was one of my "eggstras" and a good learning experience I suppose...

it should hatch today, what is a safety hole?
its a hole you make in the air cell so you can see the inside of the egg be very careful to not poke the baby i done one on a duck egg i had that didnt hatch. I used a knife with a good tip and made the hole on the side with the most draw down right above where the air cell meets the *dark section* of the egg
 
I have 2 internal pips also!! And 2 more i can hear pecking so hopefully i get 4/4 this go around congrats to the ones who are pipping and to the already hatches!!! Im jumping up and down over here
