But it's a horror movie!

That's an under the skin injection ... in theory ... in the books!
But in everyday life ... there is a way to inject under the skin with a minimum of pain!
In poultry ... ALL ... under the wing at the joint with the thigh there is plenty of 'fluttering skin' just pinch and pull a little to inject the antibiotic!
