Very nice! Good customer service goes a long way. I would also suspect that it happened in transit. Lord knows how the PO workers toss boxes around. Even ones with live critters in them. And duckies do like to pile on top of each other! Lol

I agree. I can't imagine Metzers shipping out a baby that had a problem so it had to happen in transit! So, now what to do? Since the little one is eating and drinking she could be your little determined Forest Gump, learn to live with it and thrive in spite of it! I bet she can!
