Guinea_New_Hatch_2019_05.JPG
We were lucky enough to have one of our mated pairs to nest in the coop. We were able to watch the clutch grow to 30 eggs. Of the 30, 17 were hatched by mom. Of the remaining eggs 5 were viable and went into the incubator.
It has been very exciting to watch the keets hatch and grow. They are now 3 months old, looking more like adults every day but they still flock to mom in the mornings for their romp around the farm.
They are very loud but also have taught us a lot about Guineas. I would not want to be without them.
