I can't find a way to load my pics for calendar contest I'm so new im not navigating well . Can some one help

Go to where you start a message this window choose upload at the bottom of the window find the photo in your computer or phone or whatever your using

Click the mountain icon, select upload new file, choose from 'files' for phone or select an image from PC
