I'd like to get this heat plate for my future chicks because I am worried about fires from heat lamps, and also want them to get on a sleep cycle.

I recently bought chicks through tractor supply and wound up getting a heat plate because I was concerned with leaving a heat lamp on overnight. The chicks love the heat plate just be aware, they will jump up on top and poop on it.
