Welcome! And that's an awesome deal on coop supplies!!!
Babies are always so exciting! What breeds are you getting?
I have already reserved Chanteclerc Chicks, from the time I read about them I knew I wanted them. The rest depending on what is available at the place I am going to it is called “la basse-cour de Manon fortin”. Should be interesting. I am hoping for 12 chicks.

Molé scared us, couldn't find her all night and then she showed up this morning just looking for breakfast. :barnie Silly chicken!

Then the rooster got too close to Snoopy's bowl and they nearly got into a big brawl! :he the craziness!!

Got pics of the babies new digs! They still hate my phone lol!

Tonight we're being serenaded by coyotes pretty close to the house. About five house lights turned on and the gentle sounds of guns can be heard as well. Living in Texas is never dull! Up next is tornado season :hit... Should be grand.:hmm:th

Oh nice!!! Those are beautiful! And sounds exciting! I have babies now but I'm finding out tomorrow if I can get my Barnevelders, more brahmas, some cochins, and some egger mixes.... I can't wait! Lol!!!

nice setup!
The foxes around here have been like that all winter, I could hear them making their calls in the field at night time. Haven’t heard any in the past few weeks though.
our hens have been exhibiting broody behaviour over the past few days, starting to fill their nests with their feathers again, I might let them hatch a few Guinea eggs when the Guineas start laying.
Can’t hatch chicks because of the respiratory problem that they had at the end of last year. I’d like to get them tested to see what they really have.
might see about getting them tested in the Easter holidays. They’re doing great so far anyways.:fl
