I’m hoping to mow the lawn today, it could do with a mow to get rid of all the leaves and twigs that fell over winter.
hopefully it stays dry

Well I had some drama happen with the other egg. It was due to hatch on Monday but didn't come out until Wednesday (day 23) but is ended up dying with fifteen minutes of hatching. The four chicks that did hatch are doing great and actually went outside for five minutes yesterday for the first time. They also met their grandfather! I think they are all girls! Fingers crossed! I already have six roosters, don't need anymore!

They were both scratching at the floor but it looks like Shelley is giving his grandchild a dance lesson!

I always get the odd one die right after hatching.
