My one and only Silkie is one of my most reliable layers!! She adopted four Cochin bantams last year.. and when I collect eggs from them I fill cartons and call them “scramblers” ... here is NilkyView attachment 2060989

This is Isabella

She’s a blue buff columbian Brahma.
shes from my original flock hatched in may 2018. Shes top hen on the pecking order. She’s a good mother hen, her and our buff Orpington hen Penny both raised their chicks together.
she’s quite tame, her best buddy would probably be Zues.

her favourite treats are bananas and scrambled egg.

This is Henrietta.

She’s a Rhode Island Red hen.
I’ve had her for 3 years now.
she’s the hen that hatched the original flock of Brahmas.
She’s very feisty, smart and she’s one of the top hens on the pecking order.
she’s very broody, she’ll sit 2-3 times a year
She’s a very good mother hen, probably the most protective out of them all.
Her favourite treats are blackberries, she loves them.
