I was sent home today because I was apparently "exhibiting symptoms" so I have to self isolate for 14 days and am not aloud back before that! šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

Oh no well I hope you’re ok though! Loads of places are getting stricter now.

The other day when I was at work I had someone have a go at me because we had no flour left on the shelves...like I’ll just go and get the magic flour fairies to make some at the back of the shop 🤣

I will check it out!

Here’s her site as it can be hard to find:

https://www.chickencolours.com/index.php/the-silkies-silkie-bantams-book/

It’ll probably be similar content to the bottom left and right ones I have. They’re by different people but very similar stuff inside. Still a good read though! If you get it you’ll have to let me know what it’s like!

I am not sure which ones to get, there are so many! šŸ˜‚ I am like a kid in toys r us!

It’s definitely a hard decision! 🤣

I went to Oban last December on a weekend away and I went into Waterstones there and I couldn’t believe how many chicken/poultry books they had there compared to the Waterstones near where I live...ours has not a single book on chickens šŸ¤”

You should have said "sorry I left my wand at home today I guess you'll have to just wait like the rest of us"

I haven't been to waterstones since 2017 when I was in there and found out that my 86 year old grandmother had been run over (she recovered fine) but I have never had the chance since. I need to go back soon to have a look around because the one near where I live has had a load of renovations completed on it apparently.

Aw no that would have been a shock, glad she was ok though and made a full recovery!

Have a look back in they might have stocked up on the chicken books!

Also, if you’ve got your telly on, Silkies are coming on the Yorkshire Vet in a few minutes on channel 5 šŸ˜‚

That’s very upsetting 😭 Pretty much a kid had a load of silkies, three of them ended up with bubbly eyes caused by a respiratory infection, one died two survived and they pooped on his bathroom floor!

That must have been sad at death part 😭 but hilarious at the pooping part, so relatable. Is it just me or do you think they wait for you to bring them inside before they poop?! šŸ’©šŸ”
