Exactly! Your oldest sounds like my middle kiddo. Way too smart but because of social awkward ness he wastes his smarts. Then my youngest is too cute for his own good! On top of that he's my hubs mini me, perfectionist and stubborn!!

This weekend the kiddos are going to hang out with my parents so hopefully they can destress and shake off this crazy school year! And hopefully me too....

We could have 20 Kids and every single one would be different and special in their own way!

With everything going on I was a little worried about it but I think it's just what we need, plus my dad is good about making sure the animals are being taken care of. So I can just relax.

Went to check on the babies as they were chirping loud and little Dalmatian was no longer with us. Was curled up in the corner and just looked asleep... Only thing I can think of it was a failure to thrive. It was a cute and sweet chickie.

Photos of the littles getting in those wing feathers! One more week inside then out to heated larger brooder in shed.

Cayenne Toasted 2.0 (never argue with a 6 yr old, you won't win!)
Midnight
The others are Cream, Ice, and Chili. Chili looks exactly like Cayenne and the other two are pure white right now. I think T2 and midnight are boys, so we'll see if they turn out that way! These guys will be put into the breeding pen if they have good attitudes or just layers if not.
we upgraded to pine chips, some of their toes were looking a little crooked so decided it was time. They approve.

All Brahma eggs in incubator have little spiders started! I candled today as I'll be out till Sunday.... So yay!!
