You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. The problem isn't in your wording, and won't be solved by different wording. Anything posted after page 1 will get buried and missed, and page 1 already has the rules stated quite clearly. Not much else you can do except maybe call out each portrait picture and remind whoever posted it to check the rules... if you have the time and patience for that. I personally think your obligation ends with the clearly stated rules, and from then on it's on people to read... or deal with it if they don't and their picture isn't considered...How can we get people to read and understand the rules?![]()

Actually, what landscape format did you want? 4:3? 3:2? 16:9?The only thing that I can say regarding the way it was worded this year was it didn't convey that portrait or square photos would not be considered. It sounded more like a suggestion rather than a requirement.
