Mustard from the bottle or ground? My Mom puts ground mustard in her beans too. She doesn't put brown sugar in her's, but black strap molasses and maple syrup.Usually put a little bit of ketchup, some yellow mustard (not dijon), and some brown sugar in with baked beans when I cook them. Something my Mom has always done, and they just don't taste right without it.
