Organizing is a lot of work, but every picture goes through the same process. All pictures are entered in the order they are posted. We start at the top of the spreadsheet and work our way down. Everything in yellow is entered by copy & paste (member, image url, & post URL), and typed in (description, breed, category
, size, format, cropable, status, comments, page, and snow).

With all of it in a spreadsheet like this, it's super easy so sort by anything, like I did for your entries.

We also have an entry tracker tab in the spreadsheet where you can see the status of your entries on one row.

But don't you also keep track of all the entries for all the contests. It's just mind boggling to me is all. I can barely keep track of what's in my fridge, lol.

Yes! We have spreadsheets for all of the contests. The other contests are a little easier because this is the only data entry:
