If you are talking about taking them out of the turner and laying them in the incubator, then yes quickly. Be easy with them and move them safely just dont play around. you have time you just dont want the temp to drop too much if you can avoid it. Alot of people take the time to candle on the 18 day so if you are just moving them out of the turner and placing them on the incubator floor then they will be fine.
