21 weeks old,red face, becoming very friendly ! When will she start laying ? I dont know the breed but she was a blue egg

So northern hemisphere, where the day length is increasing....temps don't really matter.

The only rumpless breed I know of is the Araucana,
not sure what other breeds you may have there.

12 and 18•c (53 to 64 F) That is nice.

Each country can have it's own definitions for breeds so don't get too hung up on that. She looks a lot like an American version of the Araucana but the British have a different version they call Araucana. I have no idea what Lebanon does with that.

Since she hatched from a blue egg there is at least a 50% chance she will lay a blue or green egg. That depends on her father as well as her mother. But looking at her I'd expect your odds of a blue or green egg are higher than 50%. With the comb and wattles that bright red I don't think it will take that long for you to find out.
