21 wk old has been squating for a week, when will she lay?

will i wait til spring? all i know is when my chickens aren't laying, like my banty cochin, she doesnt squat for me anymore. my EE, only days she lays she squats for me...and waits. on days she doesnt lay, she squats and runs away immediately.
here's her current comb and wattles. i'm hoping it was supposed to be red but since its winter it will be pink? its the same color as my banty cochins comb at the moment.

With her comb and wattles still being pink, you still might have a way to go...you'll be able to see the difference when she's ready...they get very bright. Like the colour of strawberry fruit leather.

my other two were bright bright red. now both of theirs are a pink color. darn. i was hoping it was just because of it being cold.
