yeah, we'll have to turn them by hand, but its better than nothing!

Don't worry about the turner, I been turning by hand for years and been doing fine. I threw away the turner-it killed too may chicks cause I would not take it out on time. The Hova-bator is a good place to start, and you got the fan in it I hope. I think I'm reading it right. Put the bator in a room with a constant temperature. Hope you do fine.
