Yes I have, However there are some posters that are closer to you by a couple thousand miles,
that probably have them as well.

I will be happy to sell you a few, but shipping will be the biggest expense.

I wish there were a way for Mods to close down a thread after it's been dormant. I know there are many other threads that "can't" be resurrected.
