24 week cemanis

Any help with gender of this cemani? Also Attaching pics of its brother, same age. Born 07/17. 24 weeks yesterday. Blue leg band is the one im questioning. Purple band is a roo. He is Mounting hens now. Last 2 pics is the known roo.

Females have combs and wattles too. And I can't seem to find any saddles surely they would be pretty obvious by 24 weeks.

Yes. I can see them on the purple band. But you already know that's a boy. Can't seem to find them on the blue band. I've never had ayams but surely a cockerel would have obvious saddles by now.

But I trust Happy so I don't know
