Any help with gender of this cemani? Also Attaching pics of its brother, same age. Born 07/17. 24 weeks yesterday. Blue leg band is the one im questioning. Purple band is a roo. He is Mounting hens now. Last 2 pics is the known roo.

Can I ask what signs point to cockerel? They are my first cemanis and I’m still learning about them. This one has had me questioning it for weeks.
The comb and wattels. Are there pointy feathers on the neck a saddle?
Females have combs and wattles too. And I can't seem to find any saddles

No, the other one (last 2 pics) does, but they aren’t showing much yet. The blue one doesn’t have any yet. I check for them every few days 
Yes. I can see them on the purple band. But you already know that's a boy. Can't seem to find them on the blue band.
