24 Weeks - And No EGGS!!!

I have 5 pullets 2 RIR's, 2 EE's and 1 BO. I was hoping by now at least one of the gals would be laying but no such luck. I have a RIR that is 1 year old and is laying 5/6 per wk, but with the holidays the DW needs some eggs for baking. Looks like I'll have to get some eggs from the supermarket.

There may be some factors holding them back, such as a harsh winter. And some just take longer. . . I have an EE I waited 8 months until she laid an egg. . . I have another 8 month old Wheaten Marans who still hasn't given me anything. But I have patience; with her body and her siblings' egg color, the wait is worth it.
