24 weeks old.... No eggs

I raised a flock of pullets of various breeds and they are 5 months, 3 weeks old, and only half of them are laying so far. And of the ones that are laying, a couple of them have been laying only once a week or so. So with 12 pullets, I am lucky to get maybe 3 eggs per day. Ocassionally 4 eggs. The unusual heat this hear has stressed birds out. Also I think the high production breeds like Leghorns and RIR or Production Reds tend to lay sooner and more consistently than the more "designer" type breeds. But I know - it's frustrating as heck!
