Middle DS had to go into work this morning He’s hoping to be home around noon! I helped him get his gifts wrapped last night

i’m a much bigger fan of snow over frozen mud!!

Our new puppy was practicing 'snow rescue' in the snow - that was funny. By the time I scooped her up this morning she had a significant hole into the mud/clay. Had to wash her face and front feet.

The Princess asked, "Why did you let her do that?" I replied, "Because she was having fun." Hey, I disciplined the kids and all of our previous dogs. The Princess wanted this one, and I told her she was in charge of discipline. I'll be the 'grandpa spoiler'.

Nature makes unexpected calls on gals too. Been there...and done...that! Just not on a tree!

I knew there was a cold front coming today but still surprised to see that the high temp for today was 34* before I woke up

Our high today was 55 and that was at midnight. The rain has now stopped and the cold is moving in. Hello 20’s!

with the wind advisory the windchill temp is currently 25.......big difference from the 58 yesterday when i did my bird chores!!!

Yes, I did all the bird chores yesterday too, as I was able to be in a tee shirt only. We are the watchers, listeners and planners.
