Gonna watch my movies this weekend... It aint Christmas till Amanda Hunsaker and Hans Gruber fall from a building.

Winter has returned. If we can just keep heavy snow away for a couple more weeks.

I am thinking of isolating myself to the cabin.

at these temps I should have enough ice to get on the ice and find a fish.

For today I have decided to deny the existence of winter.

I am back in the deer stand... but

Knowing I won’t see a deer (or figuring my luck will run as it normally does).

I decided no reason to dress for the cold as my chances of actually leaving the stand are about nil.

But I am ready, incase Prancer flies by. I have my camo crocs on, sitting here in my long underwear (also camo) in my jacket and long sleeve t shirt - also camo.

I have loaded my table/hearth/shelf with peanuts, a can of mineral water and a roll of duct tape.

The tea pot is heating by the fire as a await another disappointing evening of seeing nothing.

I should give up on hunting and buy a Fiero.
