25 hours no zip, seems to try

:fl here too. It is really hard to decide when to jump in, and when they aren't in the correct position it is even harder. If there is no blood remaining in the membrane it can't be far off wanting to hatch.

It has been chirping and stretching often so I just turned the cup on it’s side. I cannot tell if there is yolk remaining and just hope it can push with its legs to get out when it is ready.

Actually it is out, I don’t see any yolk sack. Really floppy!

You might have to take off a bit more shell at the fat end for it to be able to push out by itself. Chicks usually pip around the base of the air cell so if you stick to that area you should be fine. Often, once you take off a bit of shell you do have to continue helping until the space is big enough for the chick to push out.

Looking forward to some photos. We love photos. ❤

Above the reply box that you type in there's a smiley face. Hit that and lots of emoji's pop up to choose from.

I'm off to bed soon too. Hope you get a good night's sleep.

Thanks for all the tips. I have noticed what I think is the umbilical cord is attached by a thin string. It follows her around and I don’t plan to do anything with it. I’m hoping it dries and the white sac falls off. The last one was in the shell. Yes, it is 2:30am here and I have a virtual meeting for work at 8! Will be a long day tomorrow!:frow Thanks again for all of your help!
