Yes and no. Your temp is right but your humidity is too high. In general you don't use higher humidity until last few days of incubation. To which 65% would be fine, I use 55-60%. The first 18 days a lower humidity is best. What % is that? Well, you'll get all sorts of answers ranging from 30-50% or even more extreme. I myself find 35% works best.

The importance of humidity is to provide the proper environment for the egg to loose moisture but not at a fast rate. With 65% your eggs wont loose moisture so wont develop an air sac of proper size. Candle the eggs now and then, 10th and 14th day, and make minor adjustment if needed to humidity for proper air sac growth. There is a range so don't worry much, just note the growth and if too little run incubator without water for few days. If alarmingly large air sac up your humidity 5 or 10%.

thanks for helpp... i will not add watr from now untill humidty lower to 35-45 and i will maintain this upto 18days

You can use a turkey baster to suck out the water you already put in there or just wait it out and let it dry over time. It's not an emergency so go with the flow and enjoy your hatch.

Keep in mind humidity is 3rd in importance of incubating. Temperature is #1 and turning your eggs first 18 days is #2 in the success of hatching.
