2nd chicken sick now! HELP

The first one in the flock to get this was a young rooster. Now my older Silver spangled Hamburger has the same symptoms

looks swollen (everywhere)
walks slow
Tucks head into body (like when they sleep)
Poopy butt
won't eat
keeps opening and closing beak
some feather loss (more than normal)
non reactive (hamburg lets me approach thats abnormal for her)

The rooster that had this got culled last month, we worried he would infect the flock. I would love any suggestions if there is a way to cure it.

Were they vaccinated as chicks? If yes what were they vaccinated for? Any other symptoms? Closed eyes, 'stuffy' sounds when breathing. What does her poops look like? Regarding her feather loss......are there pin feathers where the feathers fell out or just holes? Is she growing replacements or not?

Seperate her from the others. Hopefully only she is ill.

What is the age? Have they been wormed? Have you checked for lice or mites? What is their diet, specifically? Do they free range? What type and size coop and bedding? Any chance they could have gotten into moldy food, fungus, standing water or puddles, rotted vegetation, maggots, etc?

The symptoms you describe SCREAM mites/lice to me, treat ASAP or the bird will die. At the very least bathe the bird to get most of them off the bird (using a flea/tick shampoo would be better as it will kill any that don;t wash off--most are active for at least a week--some for a full month.
