2nd molt

my ducks went through their first molt last month. Things have since calmed down and the green grass is no longer litter with feathers....until now. Can they go through a second molt? Can't they just leave eggs and not feathers????

LOL...my whole barn is FILLED with feathers right now! Did you change something that made them molt - like the lighting situation? Geesh - I hope my guys don't all molt again when they are done. They look like crapola right now. I can't wait for fall so I can take some pretty pictures.
