2nd shell less egg

Hie everyone I just got my 2nd shell-less egg. and this one does not have a yoke in it.. why does this happen and how can I fix it?

Shelless eggs are generally caused by some nutrition factor. Lots of people give their girls oyster shell. I give them yogurt at least 2-3 times per week plus quality layer feed and so far my shells are excellent.
