2x 12 week and 2 x 6 month old. feed grower or layer?

We have 4 chickens in our tractor. Should we be feeding grower or layer crumble? Is grower with egg shell enough for the layers?

Feed them grower and offer the layers oystershell on the side, in a separate feeder/bowl. The younger ones are too young for layer and the oystershell will be adequate for the layers.
