3 1/2 month old drake mating?

My 3 month old drake has started mounting the ladies. Mostly on the water. The girls have started flirting and getting pretty demanding as well. They seem more interested than he is at this point. I feel kind of bad for the lil' fella. He's got his wings full with this lot.

The female will likely tell him when’s she’s ready. If she is standing still and laying out her neck for him then she’s ready. But they will definitely start mating before 6 months old. I would just let nature take its course and if the females act like they are in distress, then separate.
