3 1/2 yr old Hen Lying on her Side, Won't Walk

Hi, one of my hens has been acting very strangely. She keeps lying on one side and refuses to walk more than a few steps. Lack of mobility is something I've seen in all my experiences with egg-binding, but she doesn't have any swelling or firmness and her vent is perfectly clean. So I think there may be another problem. The other three hens are active as ever but she just lies there and won't eat much. Her feathers are in great condition and she looks healthy enough. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!

Marek's? Might be worth checking out the symptoms for that. Injury is another possibility. Sometimes with crop or gizzard binding they can become unwilling to move due to internal pain.
