3 & 4 week old baby chicks don't wanna eat anything else than raw rice , what should i do?

Try making a slight mash out of it with warm water. A lot of the time chicks and chickens both go crazy for a warm mash. Rice doesn't hold enough nutrients or much food value in general with growing poultry

ETS: but mixing rice into the mash might make it more enticing!
my past chicks used to go crazy for warm mashed chick feed but these two seem to not like it that much but they still eat it so i'll be feeding them that hope they get all the nutritions :""

You can't get worms or insects... Is there not an outside where you live?

There is no way they would rather starve than eat whatever is in the bowl they have been eating out of for weeks.

If you have been feeding your chicks rice for the first 3 weeks of their lives, I am utterly amazed they made it this far.
i fed them egg yolks and liquid chick feed , but i had to force it. i used a Q tip cotton bud to put the liquid in their mouth but they never aet by themselves :"[

I have 2 chicks one is 3 weeks and other 4 weeks and they dom't wanna eat anything other than raw rice, raw rice doesn't have enough nutritions for them and they are falling sick- what should i do?
they get scared or surprised when they see new foods and don't wanna eat it.
also i can't buy meal worms or insects here cuz they don't sell it. :[ plz help
I would never feed my chickens raw rice nor raw noodles or beans. These should be cooked first. I'm surprised they have made it this far. Wet crumble works very well for me. Even my adults eat it when under the weather

How long do you have the food out before making the decision they won't est anything?
i don't have the food out it's always in the feeder, they can eat if they want to. but they just don't . the food stays there forever D": then the next day i change it and give new set of food they still won't eat :"[

Can you bost a picture of your brooder setup?
it's a cage we don't total brooder cuz we live in a apartment it's not possible, but the cage is big enough and the cage is always open so they can come out and go in whenever they like. the cage has paper flooring
