The one on the right is looking a bit roo-ish to me. Is it just my imagination? Hope so!

He does have some wattles, but can't tell about the comb. With my experience- the roos tend to feather out much more slowly. They will sometimes have a naked/fuzzy back when the girls will be fully feathered.

Looks like a roo to me, It has also been my experience that roos will feather out more slowly, hope that helps
