I have 3 barred rock hens that hatched at the same time, 32 weeks ago. Two of them having been laying eggs steadily for about 5 weeks. In fact they both laid their first egg on the same day. The other one hasn't yet. I've also noticed that she seems smaller, and isn't social with the 2 that lay. I often find her by herself. She is also very skittish, while the other 2 are very friendly. Her wattle and comb aren't as big as the others either.

What do you think? Should I give it more time or give her up and get another hen?

Give her another 3 months, sounds like she's the slow one, you might also need together a second feed dish for her so the others don't stop her getting enough food.
