I don’t know for sure who Daddy is, I just let some in to see the goslings and one goose literally spread his wings and attacked a gosling. I think the eggs that are left are not going to hatch. I want to let them out so bad to explore the green grass and pond. The goslings will be a week old on Friday. I am off for 4 days to monitor like you said. I can’t believe how stressful this. And yes, they are all young, a year oldHello, and welcome to BYC. Geese have strong parental instincts and young birds especially can get carried away. I would let her mate back with her once all goslings are hatched and allow the flock access once the goslings are a week old or so. Monitor all integrations.
