I have 3 Broodys that have been sitting on eggs for quite some time now! We started off with 9 eggs slowly but surely they started to disappear! We have 1 fertile egg left that’s due to hatch soon under 1 hen..should i move the one hen and her egg?! Her nest is not really able to be moved she’s up top in their nesting boxes! First time allowing broodys to hatch. It’s been nerve wracking!

What do you mean "disappear"?
When exactly is the lone egg due to hatch?
The first thing I'd do is remove the two hens that area NOT setting the egg and get them into broody breakers immediately to break their broodiness. They will need to be locked up for at least 4-5 days. In an elevated wire dog crate with no bedding in it and a piece of wood to perch on. Do you know the ins and outs of breaking a broody?
Tonight, I would candle the last egg and make sure it's still alive. If not, remove it and set up a third crate and break the last broody hen.
If the egg is still alive, you have to leave her where she is to hatch it. Once it's hatched and dried, move mom and chick to the floor of the coop and let her raise it.
Is your coop ground level or elevated? Chicks have a very hard time navigating ramps.
The flock needs to be switched over to Flock Raiser crumbles, All Flock crumbles or a good chick starter with a container or two of oyster shell on the side for active layers. That should be done now.
The mother will raise the chick and will feed it so she needs to have appropriate feed for it. I would just leave the flock on the above diet permanently. It's the best way to feed mixed flocks and inevitably, we all have mixed flocks.

They disappeared! Idk how else to explain it! One we found broken and hollowed out that one had a small crack in it. Another one i found outside of the coop it also had a crack i attempted to fix with melted candle wax like i read..then found it outside couple days after was cracked open half of it looked eaten and like it spoiled! It was thick grey stinky gook inside. I just candled one egg under broody a couple hours ago it’s alive all seems well. Have chick starter already that I was going to switch them to because I have several other batches of chicks on starter feed as well. The coop is elevated. I was thinking of trying to move her down below In enclosed run. Attach pics of coop for you to see(tried to get best pics i could of our set up for u to see)Her coop is the bigger red one that’s elevated. She’s the D’Uccle in bottom right nesting box in last photo. There’s a pull door all the way to the left with a little latter for them to get down into enclosed run. Down below in closed run little square all the way to left is another slide door with a latch that then leads out to their out door run. Idk if there’s a way to section off part of the enclosed run below their nesting boxes with enough room for her and chick to move around poop etc.

Or i was thinking on the other side of the coop we have another section we need to throw up nesting boxes and roost.. I could put the other chickens that are in the smaller red coop next to it right now into that other side after we finish it and move her into smaller one? When she’s down below they can both see into each other’s runs we have big glass windows on side of big coop facing the closed in run.. and they free range now so can see each other?

If you try to move her now, she will likely panic and could damage the egg. Leave her where she is. Are both of the other broody hens Sebrights? I would break them.

I thought I don’t move her until she hatches the chick right? I’m just trying to figure out where I could move her so I can get that set up now for her. Yes my other two are silver laced Sebrights. The two that have been in the same box together this whole time! I have no experience with Broody hens or breaking them! They turned a year old this may and that’s when they went broody. I realized when i bought my younger chicks out around them where they could see but not touch it triggered them! It happened right after that.
