3 chicks hatch 5 days early

I put eggs in bator 7-12-11 and 3 hatched out 7-26-11, which is 14 days and I was figuring another week. The only explanation I have is they were started before I collected and the garage was warm enough to keep them going a few days before I put them in the bator. The rest of the hatching eggs are from a ebay purchase set at the same time. I wrote down the date I set the eggs so I guess they were started in the community nest that I collected from.

Wow. I am actually worried about the same thing! My husband's boss just gave me another dozen eggs to hatch (just got done hatching eggs a week ago) and Im not sure if he took them out of the nests and put them aside while he collected the other ones or if some have possibly already started...I guess we'll see. Good luck with your other eggs!
