3 Cockerels or Pullets

I believe the almost all gray is a pulley but not sure about the other two.

They're mixes of a gray Silkie and New Hampshire Red.

The white one has 5 toes and I think is a similar mix.

What gives it away to you? The wattles haven't dropped on any of them? They just have larger combs and a bit larger tail feathers and thickers legs so I'm not 100%.
The boys have developed combs and wattles, also their pattern is all uneven and splotchy.
The pullet has little comb development and even patterning.
