3 day old chick butt issue

Hello! Not sure of the issue with this little guy. Please see pics. I do not see a poop hole on him. It's more like weeping on his butt area...not poop. I've wipe him gently with warm water a couple of times but no charge. When I compare him to his siblings he seems to be totally missing his vent (I think that's what it's called). Does anyone know of how to save him? Thanks in advance for your help! Greatly appreciated!!

I Dont think you can save him, it does appear to be almost non existent.

Can you use a magnifier to look for an opening? Some rarely may have 2 working vent openings side by side. It may just not have an opening at all, and it would not survive. Has the chick been eating and drinking?

Great idea. I have an excellent magnifier head thingie that I'll go take a look now. He appears to be acting normally and eating and drinking.
I looked and don't see any possibilities.
