3 day old chick only stands and with eyes closed!

Her neck hair is raised. She follows others to food and water occasionally but doesnt drink or eat. I gave her a two small drops of electrolyte water. Tried a scrambled egg but she refused. Her stool is liquidy with reddish pink in center. She has a string hanging out. Cord maybe? She is a little smaller than the others. She stands in heat of red bulb. Brooder is 92 in warmest part. she also pecks at the wall occasionally. I am a first time chick person and really need any advice as what to do. I have been watching her all night and very worried and clueless as what to do. I got her yesterday from a hatchery via mail.

Can you get a picture of her vent? Can you tell where the umbilicus (navel) is? Get some Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell tonic, and give her a drop or 2 twice a day, It sounds like she may be stressed from shipping or a weak chick that may not make it. Dip it’s beak into the water often to get it drinking and sprinkle a few crumbles around it on clean paper towel, and tap it to get it to eat.

The string is lower in the pic. She is now walking forward and backward. Gave her more liquids. Husband went to get the drench. Would you give dropper of olive oil also?
