I have a 3 day old chick that hatched roughly 13 days after it's siblings. Because it is so warm where I live, the eggs that were left behind by the mom continued to hatch on their own. This chick looked really funny, it's legs were forward, like a toad. I looked up splayed legs and have wrapped the legs with vet wrap, but she hobbles around on her "elbows". In fact, her elbows were getting rubbed raw. Her feet do not touch the ground. She can even sit on her rump, reminding me of a penguin. I'm not sure if this is really splayed legs, as it was more than just a chick with its legs pointing out to the side. Can anyone direct me to another condition like what I am describing?

A good go to when a bird has some issue like that is a vitamin deficiency. Try ordering some online. I had one like that where she couldn’t stand right and we got some type of vitamins where it was some sandy mixture and swirled it in the water and it looked like yellow Gatorade then. Seemed to work. Note our bird was about two years old though. Hopefully she gets better!
