3 day old chick - weak or wry neck?

The chick had its eyes open on day one but has closed them since. I'm feeding it crushed up chicken starter, infant multivitamins without iron, electro water and vitamin e.

I would also take the chick off the shiny paper you have it on now. This can cause leg issues and won't give the chick much grip to move around especially as it is having issues already. Do you have any save a chick that you could start it on?
