3 day old chick with hurt leg, please advise!

Hi there. Have a 3 day old baby chick who seems to have hurt their leg. He can't walk and if he does he just falls over.. He hasn't been eating or drinking so I've been hand feeding and watering.. I have the vitamins I have been putting in their water, shavings on the cage floor and non medicated chick feed.. What else can I do to help him?
