3 day old chick with problems

Above is a video of what this chick is doing. It is the only one of my 36 2-3 day old chicks doing this. If you are unable to view the video the chick is chirping continuously, lethargic, is not eating or drinking, kind of has fits and starts, generally speaking, it looks normal. There is no abnormal development, no oddities to it. Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

Do ou have a thermometer on the brooder floor to give you the temperature. 90 degrees in the warmest spot is good, with a cooler spot to go to. I would get some SaveAChick or other brand of electrolytes with vitamins for chickens from your feed store. Sugar water (1/4 tsp per quart,) Pedialye., or gatorade can be substituted temporarily. Dip the chicks beak as often as you can today, letting it swallow. Check it's bottom for pasted up poop and remove if necessary. Make sure the chick is warm, but not overheated. Chicks this age that gasp or pant, and are thrashing about may be suffering from shipping stress and dehydrated. Let us know how it does.

Thanks! Temperature is good, in the brooder as well as in the box I've isolated this one to. No pasty bottom. I got these from a local guy, total shipping time was 45 mins from his place to mine. I've been doing everything you say since yesterday, with no improvement. Not sure what else to do.
